Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain performance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of supply chain processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as production, sales, and finance to align supply chain activities with business needs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time fulfillment of orders.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards on supply chain performance and KPIs.

  • Support implementation of supply chain systems, tools, and automation initiatives.

  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and procurement practices.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
